Privacy Policy
for Flow Squat

Flow Squat, provided by Avocado Lab, judges squat depth using your device’s front camera. The app does not collect personal data, create user accounts, run analytics, or show advertising.
Camera use
Flow Squat accesses the front camera only after you grant permission, and only to analyse your squat in real time. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device and the analysis is never uploaded. Camera frames do not leave your phone.
Workout recording (optional)
If you turn on Record Workout, Flow Squat records your training video on your device while you train and saves it to your photo library when the set ends. Recording is off by default, and the app asks for photo-library permission only the first time you turn it on. The recording never leaves your device: Avocado Lab does not receive, upload, or view your videos. If Record Workout stays off, nothing is recorded.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your training sessions—including dates, rep counts and per-rep verdicts—on your device so you can review them in History. If you use optional workout recording (above), those videos are saved to your photo library under your control. This information stays on your device until you delete a session in the app, delete the video in Photos, or remove the app.
Because Avocado Lab does not receive this information, there is no server-side account or personal data record for us to delete.
Audio
The app plays short audio cues for the countdown and rep verdicts using sounds bundled inside the app. No audio is recorded or transmitted. Flow Squat does not request microphone access.
Data sharing and tracking
We do not sell or share personal data. No account or sign-in is required. No analytics or advertising SDKs are included, and the app does not track you across apps or websites.
Children’s privacy
Flow Squat does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the change is released. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
