Information stored on your device

Training Beat stores your saved workout configurations, recent workout settings, and app preferences locally on your device. These records help you reuse workouts and keep the timer configured between sessions. Training Beat does not send this information to Avocado Lab or store it on an Avocado Lab server.

You can remove saved workouts and recent records in the app. Information stored locally is also removed when you delete the app, subject to any device backups managed by you or Apple.

Data collection, accounts, and tracking

Training Beat does not require sign-in and does not include advertising or analytics services. The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Workout names, timer settings, and local workout records are not collected by Avocado Lab.

Permissions and network access

The core timer does not require camera, microphone, photo-library, location, or contacts access. The Apple Watch companion uses a HealthKit workout session to keep the screen on during training. Training Beat does not read or save your health data. The Watch and its paired iPhone exchange workout timer and saved workout information locally. Training Beat is designed to run offline; opening external links, such as this policy page, will connect through your browser and may be subject to the destination website’s privacy practices.

Children’s privacy

Training Beat is not designed to collect personal information from children or other users.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated to describe those changes. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version took effect.
